Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require:
- A receipt or proof of purchase

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
- Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email confirming receipt
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed
- A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days
Refunds – Transaction Fee
Please note:
- A 10% transaction fee will be deducted if you request a refund after placing an order
- This fee is charged by payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card issuers)
- This fee is non-refundable and not retained by Cupiprint

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded
- Sale items are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

- If marked as a gift: you will receive a gift credit
- Once received, a gift certificate will be issued
If not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be sent to the original purchaser
