Refund & Returns Policy – Cupiprint

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email confirming receipt
  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days

Refunds – Transaction Fee

Please note:

  • A 10% transaction fee will be deducted if you request a refund after placing an order
  • This fee is charged by payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card issuers)
  • This fee is non-refundable and not retained by Cupiprint

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded
  • Sale items are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift: you will receive a gift credit
  • Once received, a gift certificate will be issued

If not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be sent to the original purchaser
